Chef Paul refined his cooking skills at the highly-acclaimed and award winning, modern French-American restaurant 2941,
located in suburban Washington, D.C. He is well-accomplished in the French techniques of cooking, having graduated first in
his class from L'Academie de Cuisine, Washington's premier cooking school. Chef Paul's culinary background allows him to create dishes ranging
from traditional home-cooked meals to light, diet-approved dishes to gourmet cuisine. The food is always made to specific
dietary needs or restrictions and includes seasonal ingredients.
Meals can be prepared on a weekly or bi-weekly
basis for as few as one or two people or for the entire family. In addition, he can cook a personalized special event multi-course
private dinner in your home, including hors d'oeurves and dessert, for a small or large gathering.
